Warranties
At Geared2.com, we stand behind the products we sell. We aim to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to ensure your experience is a pleasant one. All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. A limited manufacturer warranty applies to all of the products we sell and does not cover damage to products obtained during normal operating use.
Pricing
Our goal at Geared2.com is to provide the lowest priced ATV and Side by Side tires in the United States. Our goal is to ensure that our website is up to date at all times with the most recent pricing figures as are our catalogs and promotional materials however we reserve the right to change prices due to increased costs such as business expenses, manufacturing costs or mismatching of items, at any time. If there is ever any question as to the accuracy of a price, please feel free to contact us. Occasionally we will run specials, sales or promotions in which we may offer a special price for a given period of time. Sales and promotional offers are valid only during the published period of the promotion.
Shipping Policy
To keep in line with our goal of providing you with the industry’s lowest prices, Geared2.com offers free shipping on all of our tire orders, over $100, within the 48 continental United States. Wheels will be charged a low cost shipping fee dependent upon your location in relation to our distribution center.
Returns
We understand that mistakes happen and we are here to help. Before you return your item to Geared2.com, please call our office to get prior approval. You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA Number) which you must include on the address label. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned merchandise purchased from Geared2.com. Our staff does a very good job recommending a possible exchange or getting the order correct to avoid any returns. A 22% restocking/cancelation fee will apply on all returns/cancelations.
All returned merchandise must be sent back with freight charges prepaid.
Returned products must be in new condition and not have been mounted on tires, wheels or equipment. If you have mounted a tire on a wheel, or a wheel on a machine, the product is no longer considered “new” and we are not required to take it back or proceed with a refund.

is not responsible for returned merchandise or for the refunding of monies for merchandise that is returned to our facility without an RA number.
